When we think of police officers the first thing that comes to most minds is the men in blue(a) fighting against crime and keeping our communities safe as a great deal as possible, they also give people sense of security system because they ar the ones we call when we are in need of overhaul or rescue. So with all this comfort they can read to their communities the minute they clock in one must oppugn what ecstasy they get from their descent. Did their expectations of the job become surpassed or did they cutpurse short. As a researcher I would want to join forces and conduct research data to find out what the job satisfaction of a police officer is? Does it affect their mathematical process and if the danger they put themselves in everyday is worth it to them and their families they advance at home every day trying to forfend thinking of a horrible outcome. I will chose an oppugn structure and supply some questions I would ask, explain advantages for soft data gathering versus quantitative approaches.
