B1. SUMO DEADLIFT
Stand with your feet about twice shoulder-width apart and your toes pointed out. attach a dumbbell and hold it in front of your thighs. Without allowing your back to round, bend at your hips and knees until the dumbbell touches the floor. Stand back up. Do 6 reps.
