Abstract
The pressure to get in advance and excel in the business world has never been great than it is in todays society. concernes strategize ways to keep their doors open and people utilise during these economic times. Firms and especially individual employees argon suffering from choices they involve made, based on the concept of maximum gain in the least amount of time, causing businesses and employees to put their ethics, values, and integrity on the back burner all for the sake of personal financial gain. Businesses argon taking the altruistic values and enlighten self-interest as their driving force in making organizational decisions and dealing with ethical issues. Even though we are going done tough times and spend a penny seen corporations such as Enron, Leman Brothers and Wachovia use of goods and services unethical practices, I believe there are lock up Corporations and Leaders that can run their companies with a sense of Business Ethics, such as Baptist Health, Whole Foods, and churches. I will be looking to these companies as my inspiration and motivation during my grown in becoming an ethical professional.
