Lust in the Dark
In the story, miss brill written by Katherine Mansfield. get out brill imagines she is an actress. She believes that she will stay alone forever. Her character is flat and she doesnt change. Her life is mundane. She shouldnt concord to wait on a man. If she really wants a man, the man will come to her. Miss Brill and Miss Emily were both written in leash person.

Miss Brill had a picture of what life would someday be like for her. but two people sh ard her special seat: a fine old man in a velvet coat, his hands clasped over a huge carved walking-stick, and a big old woman, sitting upright, with a roll of knit on her embroidered apron. Miss Brill was a people lulu and eavesdropper, though she had no one to tell of her stories. She read a paper to an old man four times a week: She had become really quite expert, she thought, at earshot as though she didnt listen, at sitting in other peoples lives just for a handsome while they talked round her. (Mansfield 138) Miss Brill never introduced herself as a famous woman, although she pretended her name was illustrious.
